Swim to Survive
If your child were to accidentally fall into deep water and become disoriented, would he/she have the ability to support him/herself long enough to survive? The Lifesaving Society has developed a Swim to Survive Standard which is recognized as the minimum national standard of swimming skill for all children.
The standard is simple and straightforward. It defines the essential minimum skills required to survive an unexpected fall into deep water.
