Yukon Galley

Operated by Wing Food Services Squadron, the Yukon Galley is the main feeding facility for the Wing. It is an all-ranks food court that offers a wide variety of choices for diners to enjoy.

Breakfast: 0600 - 0830hrs
Lunch: 1100 - 1330hrs
Supper: 1600 - 1830hrs

Between meal hours, the dining room remains open with a selection of a few "self-serve" items available. The Yukon Galley offers daily meal specials, specialty night menus, a summer patio, a licensed beverage service, and climate control for those hot, humid summer days in Trenton.
