The Shilo Stag is your CFB Shilo Community Newspaper and serves CFB Shilo, Sprucewoods, Douglas, Cottonwoods, and Wawanesa.
The Shilo Stag, located in the Shilo Community Centre, produces 24 issues annually, every second Thursday and has a circulation of 3000. we also produce many support publications and materials for various units and organizations.
Articles and pictures may be submitted by individual units as well as on or off the base contributors one week prior to press. The Shilo Stag welcomes all contributions and ideas on topics of particular interest to the military and civilian community of its distribution area. It is distributed all over Base units, MQ's, single quaters and at various stands. We also provide locations in the Brandon, Minnedosa, Carberry and Sprucewoods community.
